Is the option to remove rapidology branding present yet?

    • Kevin Walker January 13, 2016 at 11:12 am #

      Hi Dave!
I understand your desire to remove the “Powered by” badge from your Rapidology forms. However, this is not currently a feature that Rapidology supports.
Because Rapidology is a free plugin, we rely on the “Powered by” badge to spread the word about Rapidology. That said, we have taken steps to ensure the badge is subtle and un-obtrusive.

I recommend checking out our sibling product, LeadPages. It offers LeadBoxes, a feature that is the same as Rapidology and works seamlessly with WordPress, but with no branding.

It would be amazing if you could integrate with gravity forms.

Is there any chance of that happening?

    • Kevin Walker January 15, 2016 at 5:28 pm #

      Hey Luke!
Thanks for the question – it’s a good one. We’re always looking for new ways to extend Rapidology to work better for users. We’ve placed this request in our ideas backlog and look forward to considering it! In the mean-time, if Gravity forms offers a HTML form integration option, I would recommend using the Custom HTML Form feature for any non-supported integrations you’d like to use. Hope that helps!

Is there an option to create a Rapidology popup without email collection portion?

Perhaps a hyperlinked image or text announcement with a button to redirect to another page or offer?

    • Kevin Walker January 15, 2016 at 5:26 pm #

Hey Dale – Great question! There is not an option to create Rapidology pop-ups without the email collection portion. However, I’ve placed this in our ideas backlog and know we’ll look into it! In the mean-time, I’d recommend taking a look at our sibling product, LeadPages; You can do exactly what you’re requesting with it. Learn more at http://www.LeadPages.net

I know I’m being “that guy” right now, BUT I just spent hours and hours and hours switching from mailchimp over to convertkit.

I also use leadpages for a lot of my optin forms. They allow us to integrate with convertkit in a workaround type way.

Is there a way to do this with converkit?

I really like all you’re doing with rapidology, (especially the design) it’s literally the perfect plugin for what I need…except the converkit integration.

    Thanks guys!

      Hey Travis!
Thanks for the question – it’s a good one. We’re always looking for new ways to extend Rapidology to work better for users. We’ve placed your request in our queue and look forward to considering it! In the mean-time, I would recommend using the Custom HTML Form for any non-supported integrations you’d like to use. It can work, but know it isn’t supported by our team. Hope that helps!

Hey Eka – Great question! We’re always looking for new ways to extend Rapidology to work better for users. We’ve placed your request in our queue and look forward to considering it! In the mean-time, I would recommend using the copy/paste HTML form for any non-supported integrations you’d like to use. Thanks!

Where do I download the new update to upload if I’m 1.3 above? Do I need to register on the home page with activation code again?

    Thanks

    • Kevin Walker January 15, 2016 at 5:00 pm #

      Great Question Moringa!
To download v1.4, follow the same process you did for your original download of Rapidology.com:
      1. Visit http://www.Rapidology.com
      2. Click the “Get Rapidology Now” button, and register to receive an activation code. This code will be sent to your email.
      3. Check your email for an email from Rapidology. In that email is a link for v1.4 and your activation code.
      4. Once you have v1.4 Rapidology downloaded, follow the instructions on this link to update v1.3 to v1.4:
      https://www.rapidology.com/support/t/rapidology-manual-plugin-update-instructions/44

Follow those 4 steps and you’ll be converting new users on Rapidology v1.4 before you know it!

I wonder if I could use rapidology directly to send a lead magnet to someone who has opted in to my list?

    • Kevin Walker January 15, 2016 at 5:15 pm #

Cherrick – Great question! You cannot use Rapidology to send a leadmagnet after an opt-in. I’d recommend checking into our sibling product (www.LeadPages.net) which offers leadmagnet functionality, or seeing if your email management tool has leadmagnet functionality. Hope that helps!
